Gluten Free Bread Recipes: Trying Something New In The Kitchen
I’m going to be honest. I am not one to make bread during my weekly cooking time. However, this blog has encouraged me to try new things! I got this suggestion from my recipe suggestions form, so if you have ideas or foods you would like to see, please fill out this form!
Bread is one of those foods that you might not think about when having a meal. However, giving up good tasting bread when going gluten-free was a struggle. But don’t worry! There are plenty of delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free bread options that I have found that are homemade. Whether you’re looking for something sweet, savory, or just a simple slice to enjoy, there’s a gluten-free bread for every occasion.
1. Gluten-Free Banana Bread
Banana bread is a classic favorite, and it’s easy to make it gluten-free. This bread is naturally sweet, moist, and makes a perfect snack or breakfast.

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed (if you have ever made banana bread before, you know you want the bananas so overripe and brown that you should’ve thrown them away a week ago)
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans and chocolate chips (if you put walnuts or something else instead of pecans in your banana bread I think you’re crazy)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
